We will be closed as follows over the Thanksgiving holiday. We will close at 12n Pacific time on Wednesday the 25th and reopen at 600am Pacific time on Monday 30th November. To help our East Coast & UK customers a little more, we are now opening at 600am Pacific time. This new move means that we will be available for help from 900am Eastern time and 200pm UK time. Our closing time of 500pm pacific time does not change. We have already recieved positive feedback about this and are pleased to help out as much as we can during these stressful times. |

Since our booking engine has been added to our website, we had rather positive feedbacks, as it makes our agency available 7 days/week, 24 hours/day while still delivering the same level of service. It is that level of service and attention that takes us apart from our competitors. Some of our customers have recently brought to our attention that they would appreciate a way to store their personal information, so that they don’t have to re-enter their data every time they make a purchase. We have listened; we are now allowing our customers to create or recall their user account during the check-out process. |
